Room-Sharing Information
We encourage all 2026 conference attendees to book hotel accommodations early.
Due to other events in The Woodlands during our conference weekend, TSHT hotel rooms are LIMITED and only available with king beds. Roommates are welcome to share a king bed, or you may request a complimentary rollaway bed for separate sleeping arrangements.
Rollaway beds are available in LIMITED quantities and can be selected as an add-on during hotel booking.
